Sottomarina’s beach is several kilometers long and it is known for the quality of its fine sand, ideal for walking and practicing sports, for example "Nordic walking". The breezy climate, sand and iodine’s therapeutic properties make this beach particularly recommended for treatment and a nice tan. The restaurant, the beach, the bar, the toilets and the cabins are easily accessible for everybody, also for people with disability. At Playa del Sol you find security and rescue services.
